Custom Order

Custom Orders 

All orders are custom-made and personalised to the clients’ request.  
During peak times, all orders have a minimum two (2) week turn-around from the moment they are paid for. If you require your order earlier than two (2) weeks, please email or call us for waiting times. Some orders may incur a rush fee depending on the size of the order (cake toppers do not apply).  
 
Ordering in advance ensures that you have secured your ideal date for your completion.  
 
Our busiest periods are:  
March to May  
August to October 

Orders placed within these periods may have longer than expected wait times.  

Our product collection is regularly being updated. However, if you do not see what you are after either on our website or on our social media platforms, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We love making new custom orders and helping our clients find that perfect gift.  

Once you have paid for your order, we will compile a mock-up of the design and send it to you for approval. If the design needs amendment, please clearly state the corrections, in writing. We will then amend and send a final proof to you for approval. Any further amendments beyond this may incur an additional charge.  

It is essential that you make your instructions very clear and final as we do not offer refunds on items which you have approved but then changed your mind on. More information on our refund policy can be found here 

Once you have approved your design, your order will be cut and processed. We will email you once your order is ready for collection in store. If you requested postage of your order, we will notify you by email once it is sent.
